ATG Europe attends the Italy-Netherlands Business Forum in Rotterdam
Yesterday, 15th of May 2023, ATG Europe had the pleasure of attending the Italy-Netherlands Business Forum, on the topic of “Sharing experiences, creating synergies” at the WereldMuseum in Rotterdam.
Held at the WereldMuseum in Rotterdam (Netherlands) in the framework of the “Vanvitelli” Bilateral Dialogue Table, the purpose of this Forum sought to foster discussions on opportunities and collaborations between Italian and Dutch companies in the energy, environment, aerospace, biomedical innovation and semiconductors sectors.
The Netherlands is Italy’s 1st foreign investor, 6th largest trading partner in the world, and ATG Europe, with its Italian subsidiary and partnerships with Italian industries, is proudly contributing to such a thriving collaboration.
Later in the morning, an institutional session was planned with speeches by prominent speakers such as the VP and Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Italy and the Netherlands, Antonio Tajani and Wopke Hoekstra together with representatives from industry and institutions operating in the abovementioned domains.
Linked to an impressive list of guests, this first-of-kind event in a large European country focused on hosting large and small enterprises, together with the main trade associations from all sectors. ATG had the chance to voice, through our CCO Alberto Donadoni, the value of our services in the fields of aerospace and big science and their related contribution to reducing the environmental impact. Not only are ATG’s engineers deeply contributing to the evolution of nuclear fusion technology in Europe, but also our lightweight structures for space applications aim at reducing the amount of propellent necessary to launch assets into space.
Many players from the Aerospace segment attended the event together with ATG Europe such as: our manufacturing partners at AIRBORNE Aerospace, Telespazio Belgium, Cosine, and Leonardo, together with institutions like the European Space Agency and representatives of the Italian Air Force.
During the event ATG had the chance to attend very interesting conversations centered around a thriving future between our two countries with both ministers and representatives of other industries.
We are very thankful to the Italian Ambassador Giorgio Novello for the organization of such event !
